Keep Your Skin Healthy and Glowing
The beauty, as they say, is only a matter of skin but healthy skin is not just about beauty. Here are 10 ways to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

Every day spread a little aloe vera gel on your dry skin areas. Acids of aloe vera attack dead skin cells and accelerate the healing process. Get a product ready for use or cut the tip of an aloe leaf and split it to take the gel and spread it on dry areas.
3. Put garlic in any dish
In 1996, a Danish study has shown that skin cells culture treated with garlic had a seven times longer lifetime than those who had not undergone this treatment. They also had a more youthful and healthier than others. In addition, garlic extracts strongly inhibit the growth of cancerous skin cells.
4. Drink lots of orange juice

Your hands touch many things, and these are real collectors of dust and germs. By rubbing your eyes, by scratching cheek or by supporting your chin, your hands contaminate your face.

Each season has its moisturizer. When you pull out your winter coat, take a powerful moisturizer, and when you put a t-shirt, use a lighter moisturizer.
9. Avoid excess oil
Mattify the skin of your face by powdering it to remove excess oil. Do not use the compacted powder, as it already contains oil.
